Experience a full day of live-fire cooking with Northcote Cookery School, Gastronomy Plus and Kasai-inspired outdoor cooking techniques.
 
Using premium equipment from across the Gastronomy Plus collection, you’ll learn how to cook with intensity, precision and flavour - from hanging hoisin duck and monkfish tail to shawarma flatbreads and smoked Bertha beer can chicken.
 
Designed to be immersive and hands-on, the day includes breakfast, alfresco lunch, refreshments, recipe packs and food to take home.
